Cancellation Policy

Mana Ola Terms & Conditions 1. Mana Ola sessions offer angelic insight to support clarity, grounding, and spiritual connection. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and interpretations. 2. Each session is a complete experience. It is your responsibility to ask questions and take notes during the session. Mana Ola does not offer follow-ups, clarifications, or continued guidance via email, messaging, or contact forms. For further support, a new session must be booked. 3. Sessions are held via private Zoom video call. You’ll receive an MP4 recording for personal use. Your privacy and confidentiality are always respected. 4. All purchases are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. You may reschedule your session with at least 72 hours’ notice by email. 5. Missed sessions, late arrivals of 10 minutes or more, and no shows are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled. Late sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time. 6. If I must cancel or delay a session due to illness or technical issues, I will email you and reschedule as soon as possible. If the session disconnects, please stay online while I attempt to rejoin. 7. Mana Ola is based in Central Standard Time (CST). I may not respond immediately outside my business hours. Scheduling and responses will always be handled with clarity and mutual respect. 8. I reserve the right to decline or end sessions that are misaligned or disrespectful. Mana Ola is grounded in kindness, integrity, and energetic alignment. 9. All content including sessions, recordings, meditations, emails, and blog posts is the intellectual property of Kamaladevy Wilson. Nothing may be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission. 10. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
