Invite Angels Into Your Day

One of the things I have learned about working with angels is that we have to invite them in. Angels respect our free will. They may be around us, supporting and loving us, but they cannot simply intervene unless we ask for help. For me, one of the simplest ways to do this is at the beginning of the day.
Some of my most effective and productive days have started with a morning meditation and setting an intention for the day. I call in my team of angels, guides, and ascended masters and ask them to assist me. I ask them to help me see the things I cannot see, guide me toward what is in the greatest and highest good for everyone involved, and help me recognize where my energy and attention are most needed. Sometimes I also ask them to go ahead of me. I ask them to go ahead of me into my meetings, my difficult conversations, the places I need to be, and whatever situations I know I am walking into that day. I ask them to clear the way for what is meant to happen and help me recognize my part in it.
I remember one morning when I had barely slept and had to facilitate a workshop. I was exhausted, and I knew I wasn't going to walk into that room feeling like the best version of myself. So I asked my angels to be present in the room before I arrived, to guide the conversation, and to show me where I was most needed. Instead of worrying about how I was going to pull everything together on so little sleep, I released a lot of that responsibility. I still had to show up. I still had to facilitate the workshop and use the skills and experience I had developed over the years. But I didn't feel like I had to hold everything by myself.
You can do the same thing with whatever is waiting for you in your day. Maybe you have an important meeting or interview. Maybe you need to have a difficult conversation with someone you love or are walking into a doctor's appointment with a heavy heart. You can ask your angels to go ahead of you. It doesn't have to be elaborate, and you don't need an hour-long spiritual practice before beginning your day. You can take five minutes in the morning, close your eyes, connect with God, and invite your spiritual team to walk with you.
You might say something as simple as:
God, heavenly angels, archangels, ascended masters and guides, I ask you to walk with me today. Help me feel that you are close and give me signs that you are with me. Please go ahead of me into the places I will go, the conversations I will have, and the decisions I will make. Help me see what I cannot see. Guide me toward what is in the greatest and highest good for me and everyone involved. Show me where I am most needed today and help me recognize your guidance when it comes. Thank you.
Then go about your day and stay open. You may notice guidance in a conversation, an unexpected change of plans, a quiet nudge, or something that seems to fall into place at just the right time. Also, yuou don't have to wait for something to go wrong to ask for help. Invite your angels in at the beginning of your day, ask them to go ahead of you, and trust that you don't have to navigate everything alone.
With love,
Kamala
